As work in this industry usually involves a lot of physical exertion, it would seem that workers in this sector are most affected by physical fatigue. However, the survey shows that employees are more likely to experience mental fatigue (48%) than physical fatigue (45%). We will also present specific examples of support for teams after crises and the role of leaders and HR in rebuilding a sense of psychological security.
