Forum BHP 2025: the largest trade fair for occupational health and safety equipment, products, and technologies in Poland once again brought the industry together at Ptak Warsaw Expo.

Personal protective equipment, innovative solutions in ergonomics and workplace hygiene, accident monitoring and prevention technologies, as well as modern equipment and products supporting workplace safety – these topics defined the scope of Forum BHP, the largest trade fair in Poland dedicated to occupational safety. The 2th edition of the event took place on September 2-4, 2025, and recorded a significant increase in interest. The trade fair was visited by 5,498 professionals – 59% more than last year!

Summary of the main conferences at Forum BHP 2025

The agenda of Forum BHP 2025 was filled with expert events that attracted specialists from all over Poland. The meetings combined practical knowledge, inspiring lectures, and workshops that developed skills crucial for workplace safety.

Participants could attend the conference “Holistic OHS – People, Technology, and Mental Health as the Pillars of Safety”, organized by the Safe at Work Coalition, where experts emphasized the synergy between modern technical solutions and care for employees’ mental well-being.

On the second day, the conference “Workplace Accident – What’s Next?” was held, organized by the National Labour Inspectorate. The sessions covered procedures, investigations, and benefits related to workplace safety. Practical examples and interpretations of regulations helped participants better prepare for crisis situations.

There was also an important workshop on the basics of psychological first aid, organized by the Safe at Work Coalition. Experts demonstrated how to recognize the first signs of crisis and how to respond in situations requiring immediate support.

The forum was further enriched by the Trend and Exhibitor Presentation Panel, which showcased the latest innovations, inspiring solutions, and key directions of development in the field of occupational safety.
